Q: What size is the stock rim on a 2009 Honda Accord?
I have a 2009 Honda Accord with hubcaps, I'd like to get rims to put on the car as I HATE hubcaps, though I don't want to put out for new tires right now. I'm looking to find out what size the underneath rim is so I can buy rims of that size to have put on the already on the car tires.

Q: How to install HID kit in 2009 Honda Accord?
I have a 2009 Honda Accord Sedan..Can't for the life of me install these HID's. The manual is crazy in thinking I'm going to get through the wheel well. Tried and there is just no room for me. Plus I'm not sure if I just plug and go or does the Kit go to the battery etc.. Help Please!

A: Your car is very easy to install them on, of the sub models, you will either have a pair of h11 or 9006 for the low beams, with tweo ballasts or A pair of 9005 for high beams, and two ballasts. -step one is to gain access to the old bulbs in the current bulb housing. you may need to unbolt the headlight fixture. -unplug your harness form the fixture -remove the old bulbs and install new hid bulbs -plug your old harness into the adaptor provided with the h11 bulb, or if installing a 9005 or 9006, plug it directly into the ballast. -secure your ballast to the engine bay somewhere local to the headlight. -plug the ballast output wires into the bulb -check for functionality, if it doesnt work, remove your harness from the ballast, and plug it in backwards to reverse the polarity. If you dont have room for the ballast, you should have bought slim digital ones instead and you are now screwed. If after installations of your lowbeams, you have a flicker, it is because you have daytime running lights, to resolve this you need to install a capaictor module on each light. Q: Navigation with a 2009 Honda Accord coupe?
I'm planning to buy a new 2009 Honda Accord coupe very soon. For sure I want the EX-L trim, but I am really considering getting EX-L with Navigation. It would be great if someone who owns a 2009 honda accord with navigation have some input. Advantages and disadvantages would be appreciated!

A: i disagree with rak the navi is bad ass on the 09 accord. I own a black on black 09 accord coupe with navi. the navi understands over 400 voice commands as well as commands for AC and everything on dash. You can say find nearest gas stations and it will find it. go test drive it u will love it. little portables are gay in my opinion they are cheap and besides the accord without navi has a weird dash versus the one with it seems to be planned to have navi or something. Great car. I put a system in my car and out of being scared im having a hard time putting aftermarket radio in because i dont want to lose the voice command or navi just not sure how the wire harnesses are hooked up yet but im working on it.the navi is flat out awesome better than bmw;s and lexus ive cheched theirs. test drive and see for yourself. good luck let me know what u do oh disadvantage there is sometimes a little off but u will see what u r looking for. its gps its run by satalites it only gaurantees accuracy to how well the signal is. mostly its right on though. say u are wanting pizza while u drive hit a button on steering wheel say find nearest restaurants tell it what number it is for papa johns and then ok to give route also u can say call and place order before the route so while u drive its getting cooked. What muffler fits and which one should I put on my 2009 honda accord coupe. It's a 4 cylinder, so will it change the sound, im looking for a deep nice sound not a ricer tin-can one. and also is changing the muffler enough or should i change some other parts? I cannot afford the $800 Borla or Cat back exhausts...HELP! Thx

Q: How do I remote start my 2009 Honda Accord with the remote key?
I just want to know how to start it up with the remote key that came with the vehicle, every time I attempt to start it up the alarm goes off, and no instruction seems to be in the manual. The only time the vehicle seems to remote start is if I press the lock button on the remote after deliberately locking the car door manually from the inside.

A: First u have to lock the vehicle and after like a minute, Press the kind of square white button that's the command button and then the round start button. That should start the engine. Anyway go back to the dealer because they were suppose to give u the manual or look in the glove box is easy to miss it's only like 5 or 6 pages long and about the size of a picture like 4 by 6. A: I suggest you can put up to 20 inch without having any problem. More than 20 inch will make you modify other things. In choosing rims, check for the proper offset to avoid rubbing. For the tire size, you can try these; 235/40/20 for rear and 225/35/20 in front. or 235/45/20 for the rear and 225/40/ 20 for the rear. It will look nice on your Accord. Hope this help!

Q: How High Can A 2009 Honda Accord Sedan Rev?
What is the limit to turn on the rev limiter so you wont blow the engine?

A: I would just google it but if i had to guess i would say within 500 rpm of the redline on the dash. You can still blow the engine though even if it in not a the limiter. When you hit the limiter you will know because you will feel a hault in the acceleration of the vehicle. It is very noticeable. My rule of thumb is to keep the car under 6000rpm. But a 09 is pretty new so it wouldnt hurt to go to 6500 or 7000 once it a blue moon. But i wouldnt doo it on a regular basis.

Q: Is anyone in Canada having problems with the Honda Accord 2009 and the squeaky brakes?
I am specifically looking for problems on the Canadian side so that I can decide on what level to approach Honda Canada. I bought a brand new accord in July this year and the brakes have been squeaking ever since? Help!

A: I agree with Cole. As much as I love Honda, one problem they have is the brakes on the car. I have owned 97 Honda Accord, 97 Honda Odyssey, 98 Honda Passport. 01 Honda Passport. and Currently own an 07 Acura TSX. Sadly they 4/5 had brake problems. And successfully this problem was fixed by quickly going back to the dealer you bought it from. Even my Acura had brake problems at first. So i urge you to go back to the dealer as soon as possible.
